1. Terms

TECHNICIANS REQUIRE EXPLICIT PERMISSION TO OPERATE CLIENT VEHICLES FOR OPERATIONAL SETUPS. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES ON COATINGS AND PROTECTANTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE CLIENT FOLLOWING ALL SPECIFIED MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES.


4. Limitations


In no event shall ClearCut Premium Detailing, LLC be liable for damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services, including mechanical components, electrical issues, or pre-existing material degradation, even if ClearCut Premium Detailing, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


5. Revisions and Errata


Materials may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ClearCut Premium Detailing, LLC does not warrant accuracy or completeness and may make changes at any time without notice.

By scheduling a service, you grant ClearCut Premium Detailing, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to capture, reproduce, publish, and distribute photographs and videos of your vehicle taken during the inspection and detailing process for quality control, insurance documentation, and promotional marketing across our digital media channels. We agree to obscure all vehicle license plate numbers in public materials.


12.3 Content Responsibility


You are solely responsible for any content or vehicle information you submit. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such data and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.


12.4 Prohibited Content


You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties.


12.5 Right to Remove Content


ClearCut Premium Detailing, LLC reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any user content for any reason without prior notice.


13. Fees, Bookings, Payments, Cancellation, & Refunds


13.1 Pricing


All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. ClearCut Premium Detailing, LLC reserves the right to adjust package pricing based on vehicle size, configuration, and structural condition upon pre-service inspection.


13.2 Payment Authorization & Deposits


By providing payment information, you authorize ClearCut Premium Detailing, LLC to charge the applicable service fees and required booking deposits to your chosen payment method. Deposits are collected to secure your allocated calendar slot.


13.3 Maintenance Subscriptions


Some maintenance wash plans or club tiers are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the monthly billing date. You are responsible for cancelling your plan if you do not wish to continue.


13.4 Billing


Recurring club accounts will be billed in advance. Standard detailing, paint correction, and coating invoices are due immediately upon service completion and prior to key return.


13.5 Refund & Satisfaction Policy


At ClearCut Premium Detailing, LLC, we aim to make every customer's detailing experience exceptional. Because our services are labor-intensive and customized on-site, all completed services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with any element of your detail, you must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of vehicle delivery. We will inspect and correct any oversight free of charge.

Booking deposits are non-refundable if appointments are canceled or rescheduled less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled service time. Weather-related cancellations handled by ClearCut Premium Detailing, LLC will be rescheduled to our next open availability without penalty to the client.


13.6 Taxes


You are responsible for any applicable local taxes associated with your service or material purchase.


13.7 Payment Delinquency


If payment is not received or if a transaction charge is declined, ClearCut Premium Detailing, LLC may withhold the vehicle keys or suspend ongoing mobile appointments until all outstanding invoices are paid in full.


13.8 Authorized Payment Methods


We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and digital payment methods as specified at checkout or invoice receipt. You agree to provide accurate and current financial details.
