Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our memberships are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to cancel whenever you need. We simply ask for notice before your next billing cycle.
Why should I join a membership instead of booking as needed?
Regular maintenance keeps your vehicle looking better year-round while helping protect its long-term condition. Members also receive preferred pricing, priority scheduling, and the convenience of never having to remember when it's time for service.
What's included in my membership?
Each membership includes scheduled Refresh Details based on your selected plan. Our Preserve Membership also includes one Reset Detail every quarter, giving your vehicle a deeper clean throughout the year.
Do I need a Reset Detail before joining?
Yes. We recommend every new member begins with a Reset Detail. This allows us to restore your vehicle to a clean baseline so future maintenance visits focus on preserving it instead of catching up on heavy buildup.
Do my unused services roll over?
Yes. If you don't use one of your included services during the month, it doesn't disappear. Since you've already paid for it, your unused service remains available to be scheduled later. We simply ask that you communicate with us so we can plan accordingly.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my membership?
Absolutely. As your needs change, your membership can too. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with notice before your next billing cycle.
Can I use my membership on multiple vehicles?
Memberships are assigned to one specific vehicle. If you'd like to cover additional vehicles, we can set up additional memberships for each one.
